Why Women In Leadership, LLC?
Women In Leadership, LLC is looking to build a sustainable and vital business that supports women’s career advancement in male dominant industries, our flagship HTM. Through grass root efforts and free offerings, we have created a community of over 700 members on our private LinkedIn page and have had up to 75 of our WIL community participate in WIL sponsored events at AAMI, MD Expo and in our free webinars.
April, our founder, WIL President and VP, Demand and Development has been nominated as Tech Nation’s Influencer of the year because of the momentum and visibility of WIL. Your support will allow us to put the resources in place to develop additional programming for education, networking, mentorship, and leadership training. Currently, these are volunteer efforts of women in our community.
Based on research, women tend to undervalue their skills more than men. We are seeking to break that norm by offering compensation through stipends, scholarships and payment for those who contribute to our programming, community expansion through our ambassador program, and our training sessions.
The Impact: Sponsorships will make future events possible—whether it’s funding training, supporting industry networking, or providing resources for new leadership initiatives.
Your support will be publicly recognized and tied to a positive industry impact in healthcare technology, and offer tailored visibility based on your specific interests (social media mentions, speaking slots, branded materials).

Techie Attendee Impact Sponsorship: $2,000 There are several women committed to learning and growing in HTM. This includes earning CEUs and networking at AAMI eXchange. In 2026 Uptime Health’s Dental Summit will be a part of AAMI eXchange providing even more accessibility and efficiency in learning. Your techie attendee sponsorship provides the registration and most of the travel costs for a WIL community member, including students. This is an application process and will include your logo as a sponsor making this possible.
2026 sponsorships available. We are looking for three sponsors for three women for May 2026 in Denver, CO.
As a sponsor, you get:
-recognized at our next WIL Lounge

-up to a paragraph provided by you about why you are supporting attendance at AAMI eXchange

WIL Lounge Empower Hour Partner Sponsor: $1,275 Empower networking and connection and get your own spotlight, too! Your sponsorship helps reate a vibrant space where professional women connect, recharge, and collaborate. Partial sponsorship goes toward the venue rental. This allows us to have a place accessible to all women.
2027 sponsorship available for AAMI.
As a sponsor, you get:
-A 3 minute spot at the industry event. Men are welcome to provide the 3 minutes and then we would ask them to kindly depart to keep the space women-only. We ask you speak to why supporting women in male dominated industries is important for you and your company. You can also speak to anything you wish to promote about the organization you represent
-5 WIL pins to give to your favorite supports of women in leadership
-featured on WIL’s LinkedIn page, and April and Andrea’s page, up to six times within one quarter.
What we need from you:
-All you need is share your logo, a picture you wish to use for you or your team for our socials, and a written statement about why you support WIL, and our efforts to support women in leadership. We will post on social media and our private LinkedIn page.
WIL Lounge Visionary Sponsor: $2,750 Take full credit for elevating women’s networking and leadership experiences. This sponsorship goes toward the venue and food at an industry conference.
As a sponsor, you get:
-A 5 minute spot at the industry event. Men are welcome to provide the 5 minutes and then we would ask them to kindly depart to keep the space women-only. We ask you speak to why supporting women in male dominated industries is important for you and your company. You can also speak to anything you wish to promote about the organization you represent.
-a WIL hoody with your size and color preference
-10 WIL pins for your favorite supporters of women in leadership
-a short video of you and/or your team member(s) speaking to why you support WIL that we will post 2x/year on our social media
